A personal AI assistant operated by the owner of kahoo.work, on their own computer, to help with tasks across their Google services.
About this installation
This page describes the owner's personal Hermes Agent installation. It is not a public sign-up service and does not offer access to other people's Google accounts. It is independently operated and is not the official website of Hermes, Nous Research, or Google.
The planned Google integrations include Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Tasks. Actual access depends on the permissions granted during Google authorization and the integrations configured by the owner.

Google account data
When the owner connects their Google account, Hermes can access information covered by the permissions they approve. Depending on those permissions and the requested task, this may include email content and metadata, calendar events, files and document content, spreadsheet data, and task lists. Permissions may also allow creating or modifying content and sending email.
Google account data is used to carry out the owner's requests and configured personal automations, such as finding information, summarizing content, preparing documents, and managing schedules or tasks.
AI processing and service providers
The owner may choose OpenAI, Anthropic, Nous Research, or a locally running model. When a cloud provider is selected, information included in a task—including relevant Google account content—may be transmitted to that provider for processing. The amount and type of information depend on the task and the agent's configuration.
A local model processes model input on the computer where that model runs. Other configured tools may still contact external services. Cloud providers' handling and retention of submitted information depend on the provider, account settings, and applicable service terms. This page does not promise that every provider offers identical retention or training controls.
Storage and retention
Google authorization credentials and tokens are stored in the owner's Hermes environment. Task content may also be retained in local conversation history, memory, logs, or generated files, depending on the installation's settings. The owner controls local retention and deletion. Copies sent to cloud providers are subject to those providers' applicable retention practices.
Use and disclosure
This installation is intended only for the owner's personal tasks. The operator does not sell Google account data or use it for advertising. Information may be disclosed to services needed to perform an owner-requested task or to a recipient selected by the owner. The operator does not use Google account data from this installation to train a shared or general-purpose AI model.
Access, control, and deletion
The owner can disconnect the integration by removing its access in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete existing local copies or information already submitted to a service. Local tokens, histories, logs, and generated files can be deleted separately. Requests concerning provider-held copies must follow that provider's available controls.

This static information page has no sign-in form, Google account connection, advertising, or analytics scripts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
